I went to take my car in for an oil change and new wiper blades. Ended up having the air filters changed and the tires rotated as well. There was an issue with the cost not being reflected correctly when I was checking out, however their Service Manager, Eric, was quick to get the issue fixed and make sure I was a happy customer. My first visit was for a recall on my 2013 Sonata Hybrid a few weeks ago. I called and it was easy to make an appointment for a convenient time to have the service. My second visit was scheduled online for a problem with my steering wheel that was due to normal wear and tear. Kendall was the service advisor on both my visits and he was great about explaining the issue and keeping me updated on the service process. I will certainly return to the dealership if my car needs any repairs or maintenance. I always get nervous about car ...
