Service department looked clean and modern. Made appointment for 60000 mile service and they told me what that normally entails. Work done in about 3 1/2 hours. Quite a difference in my experience at Bob Howard Hyundai and my old service provider at Norman Hyundai - much better at Bob Howard. They also don’t charge you a 3% surcharge for using a credit card like Norman Hyundai does.

Well I can't tell you much about them. They only done clean up on the new car in filled up with gas and stuff like that so other than that I can't tell you much.

It was a pretty good experience except had to wait too long to see the financial person my back got to hurting really bad because the chairs they have are very uncomfortable but as far as the salesman goes he was very polite very nice very helpful in every way.

Left a previous 5-star review...but knocking off a star because I spent nearly 4 hours waiting for a service to be completed to be eventually told that I have to take off more time from work and return the following day because they requested the wrong part/the wrong part was delivered...that sucks. The facilities are nice though and so are the workers. It's always clean in here and comfortable. The waiting area is also nice and well stocked.

The sales process was smooth. Holding further opinion until the recall repairs on the vehicle are completed.
