The service of the guy on th phone and the lady that came to my car asking what I needed was great! My only issue is the after getting my oil changed I’m still getting alerts on my car and app that all my fluids were not filled and topped off. After having to drive 2 hours just to the dealership for an oil change and service is a complete disappointment !!!

Service dept has been derelict in getting safety recall part. Part came in months ago but I was not notified. Took care in for maintenance and was told I would definitely be notified of next shipment...that was 6 weeks ago!
The individual who handled my repairs out front was excellent. Parts took a bit of time to arrive but that’s not on y’all. Can’t remember his name but, Spanish speaking. I had to come in multiple times to check parts arrival and he was extremely helpful and patient each time.

My appointment was 9:15 for oil change , got there 8:45 am .but they finish my car at 11:15 am . Unacceptable to take that long for oil change .
They were very courteous, kept me informed on how everything was going, and were honest about how long it would take to finish the job. It was only an oil change and an update to a recall. I would definitely use them again.

There was zero communication about the status of my car. I was left on hold numerous times until the line disconnected. The service advisor Jakob did not return a single one of my calls or messages regarding the status of my vehicle and then he recommended spark plug replacement on a motor they installed less than 10k miles after installation. Why would a customer agree to an up sell when the dealership can't even return a phone call. Won't be using them again.
This was probably the LEAST stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Ross was wonderful in keeping the process easy and smooth, and I was in and out in 3 hours with a new car.

I'm around 70miles from the shop so I had my vehicle towed for repairs and maintenance. Once it was done I had it towed back home. When I received it I noticed it didn't have the next oil change reminder sticker. Then noticed one of the repairs I requested (turn signal light issue) wasn't completed. I'm hoping the other repairs were completed but can't tell because I'm not a mechanic. Other requested repairs that I was able to confirm were the wiindshield wipers and tires were replaced. Picked up my Hyundai Elantra GT With a New Motor replaced and engine caught on fire next day.
Salesman lied multiple times, had to get multiple different managers to get accurate information on vehicle, salesman attempted to fraudulently withhold agreed upon concession for repair of vehicle
Service was prompt and on time serviceman Jacob was very kind to give us the rundown over what he performed and what would be needed to be be fixed in the near future overall, my rating is a solid 10

Bob Howard Hyundai is always friendly, fast and efficient. They practice wonderful communication and understanding.
Never had any issues with the service, always fixed everything I needed, and aren't afraid of servicing their EVs. Sales staff are extremely pushy and stand around outside like zombies waiting for a meal but that's common elsewhere too.
Darnelle delivered exemplary job in taking care of my vehicle. He insured he held up the standards of Hyundai.
Excellent customer service. Fast, friendly and the pricing cannot be beat. And service department is always readily available to help you in any kind of way.
I love going in for service Riley helps me with coupons to make sure I’m getting the best price available (I’m a great grandmother raising three great grandchildren so every penny counts) I always feel comfortable. Had appointment for oil change only. Arrived 10minutes early. I was there 90 minutes. Too long to wait. Next time I will go to a place that only does oil changes and doesn’t require me to wait 1 1/2 hours!
The first car we bought from Bob Howard was a Nissan Altima in 1995. Since then we have bought 3 other vehicles; another Altima, a Murano, and a Hyundai Santa Cruz. The primary reason for returning to your dealership is service. Service at the time of sale and at when the car needs repair or maintenance. We will not buy a car from another dealership.

Total lack of communication, added items onto the deal that was never discussed. Typical car sales, waiting for hours for no reason, all staff on cell phones watching movies or just eating. Not a good experience.

Sales and finance were great. Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Service writer was not helpful and did not check with finance about the extended warranty I bought in finance. Was told I would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. Writer was not friendly at all during my interaction with her. Ended up speaking with finance supervisor who referred me to the GM. GM made it right and couldn't have been nicer.
